solid stay near waikiki beach
great ribseasy drop-offon-site service
The pool area was nice. i noticed many loungers and couches. i enjoyed momosan restaurant, especially the ribs. i liked the on-site rental car service. They delivered the car right to valet for easy drop off.

the hotel has a great central location, placing guests within walking distance of waikiki beach. great restaurants are nearby as well as inside the hotel, providing many options. an abc store is conveniently located next to the hotel.

the room included a really good size. housekeeping kept it clean and tidy with fresh towels. i had an ocean view room on the 8th floor. it had lovely views of waikiki beach to watch the sunset on the balcony

staff at front desk were so warm and friendly. there were some great eating options available. i also noticed that the hotel had an excellent porte cochere and a two-storey aquarium. the swell bar is located on level five.

the location was good, near shops and beach activities. it had some good things.
the room i stayed in was not what i expected. the ac unit made noise all night, even after moving to a different room on the 5th floor. i found this unacceptable and it made sleeping difficult.

Fantastic Stay with Great Service

They confirmed preferences and arranged early check-in. The Longboard Club became a favorite spot because of the overview provided at check-in. Sasha and Unt from the guest experience team checked in daily. They helped with questions.
I noticed that the sheets on the bed felt stiff, like they had been starched. They weren't as comfortable as I remembered from previous visits. Housekeeping came in despite my request for no service . This issue detracted a little from an otherwise great experience.

The room included a spacious layout with modern decor and sufficient lighting. it featured an ample seating area and a dedicated workspace, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The design promoted comfort and convenience.

The hotel location is excellent it is very convenient for getting around
Checking in took over 30 min the reception always had a long queue. Towels in the room were not clean and this happened more than once. Housekeeping happens only every 2nd day and even then our room got forgotten I had to request it few times.

I appreciated the convenient location near the beach. The hotel features a large aquarium in the lobby. I also found the staff to be generally helpful and friendly .
The room cleaning frequency was not as high as I would have liked.

The gym had adequate equipment. I noted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I saw the pool area offering around twenty loungers and a section with shade. There also was to be water refill stations available.

The location is very convenient. The beach is directly across from the hotel. The gym features modern equipment. I also noticed that the hotel maintains a beautiful pool deck.
The hotel rooms felt somewhat dated to me. The bathrooms are rather small. I found the elevator service to be slow. Often there were long waits.
